This policy explains what information Huddy Digital ("I," "me") collects through https://huddydigital.ca and client work, and how it's used. By using this site or working with me, you agree to the practices below.

Information I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell me about your business. If you become a client, I collect the additional business information needed to build your site or set up AI tools for you — logo, service details, photos, and, where applicable, access to the accounts or tools involved in AI Setup.

I use cookies for basic analytics (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't. Analytics starts when you arrive. If you decline below, collection is switched off for you and nothing further is recorded. Declining does not affect anything else on the site, and you can change the choice at any time:

How I use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you've purchased. I do not sell contact information, and I do not share it with third parties except the services required to run your site or the AI tools set up for you (for example, hosting), and only to the extent necessary to provide that service.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing huddy@huddydigital.ca. I'll respond within a reasonable time.
