Terms of Service

These terms apply to any website, AI Setup, or SEO project delivered by Huddy Digital to a client ("you"). Working with me means you agree to the terms below.

The free draft

Every website project begins with a free draft, built using the information you provide, delivered within 1–3 business days of our first conversation. The draft is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. If you choose not to proceed past the draft stage, you owe nothing.

Payment

Setup fees are invoiced only after you approve the finished website or service — approval means telling me in writing (email or message) that it's ready. Monthly fees (website hosting, Growth SEO) begin the month your plan goes live and continue until cancelled. AI Setup is a one-time fee with no monthly commitment. Cancelling a monthly plan does not remove a website you've already paid the setup fee for.

Revisions

The Website package includes one round of post-launch changes. AI Setup includes one follow-up session after you've had a couple of weeks to try the tools. Growth SEO's monthly fee includes ongoing work as described on the pricing page.

Ownership

Once a website is paid for in full, you own the content and design created specifically for your business. Hosting, domain registration, and any third-party tools set up as part of AI Setup remain governed by their own respective terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing huddy@huddydigital.ca. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund fees already paid.

Limitation of liability

I build your website and set up AI tools to a professional standard, but I don't guarantee specific business outcomes — search rankings, time saved, or revenue depend on many factors outside my control. My liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and applicable federal law of Canada.
