This is for exactly that: you tell me what's wrong, I quote a flat price before I touch anything, and you pay once it's fixed. No retainer, and no upsell to a rebuild you didn't ask for — if a fix genuinely isn't worth doing on your current site, I'll tell you that instead of taking the work.
